  • I see a lot of chocolate desserts. How do you eliminate caffeine with these? Or have you not cut out chocolate?

    • Hi Tzofit! Thanks for the question. Since I focus on clean eating and not just food for Meniere’s I do include dark chocolate (not milk chocolate) in many desserts as I do believe it can have some benefits. Caffeine doesn’t affect everyone with MD(me included) therefore I do create recipes with it and also enjoy eating it. If you find that caffeine is a trigger for you, I would not eat the dark chocolate desserts though I do think the amount of caffeine would be negligible since many are mixed with other ingredients and baked rather than consumed as a dense chocolate bar.
